JSC “Scandinavian House” participated in Telecom Cup 2013

JSC “Scandinavian House” participated in a great sports event – Telecom Cup 2013. 16 teams fought for the champion’s title in legendary Dinamo sports center.

The event was opened with a speech performed by an elegant master of ceremonies and a dance show by “Ekzon” ballet. The spectators slowly took their places in the balconies, from where they could watch all the action in every corner of the arena. It is true that “Raycom” fans managed to form the biggest and the most active group among the others. They used nearly everything they had in their arsenal: flags, vuvuzelas, clappers and above all – strong voices. The employess of JSC “Scandinavian House” used all this every moment they could.  

A charming young lady, who drew pictures on the kids’ faces was also present at the competition. Not only children enjoyed such kind of activity, but their parents were quite happy to put JSC “Scandinavian House” logo on their faces. The lady who has brought such happy things is Olga Alhazova’s sister. Olga herself is an expert working in production certification and declaration group. After the tournament Olga was named the best football fan and was awarded for that.

All the corporate teams were divided between 4 groups and the football battle started on four fields. Our team had to face 3 opponents on play-off stage: “SOYUZTELEFONSTROY”, “Beeline-2” and “West Call”. Unfortunately our players managed to score only one goal at this point but this goal was against future  Cup winners! In its last game “Scandinavian House” team gave it last and really decisive battle. For some time there was a draw against “Dr.Web” but than our luck turned away from us.

Despite the fact that we have lost, we would like to thank our brave employees – Anton Bondarchuk who was the captain of our team as well as Sergey Ilyin, Alexander Lisitsyn and Peter Melikhov. They fought to the very end and did really well to bring honor to their team and company. We also need to thank the goalkeeper Andrey Glotov who showed a good play although it wasn’t successful all the time.
