JSC Scandinavian House opens its new branch office

JSC Scandinavian House opens its new branch office in Voronezh. This office covers 11 regions in its responsibility zone including such cities as Ryazan, Tula, Bryansk, Lipetsk, Tambov, Kursk, Belgorod, Yaroslavl, Vladimir, Kaluga and Voronezh. The work to establish a branch office started in 2012, when the Head office technical department had reserved enough amount of orders for telecom sites installation for the next year. Thus this helped to come to a conclusion to open an office in Voronezh.

Office managing director Sergey Bykov mentioned that the office is rented and new employees are being hired so far. In January Sergey managed to create a team of specialists. Commercial sales manager, network construction department managers have already started work along with one engineer, two managers from the installation department and one driver

 “I don’t quite think about some free time, says Sergey Bykov, there is a lot to do so far and the responsibility is huge. However I have created a managing scheme which will ensure the presence of managers in each of the regions. This will be more effective and finally more profitable, because each of them is a local one and knows the region quite well. Don’t forget he will be always in touch with the clients.

The new office started its work in Tambov. Sergey told that this region is one of those lagging behind in “Rostelecom” sites installation process. The managing director is going to make the necessary order and create a positive collaboration with the client
