JSC “Scandinavian House” has announced the 2012 year results

At the meeting held in the end of February all the branch offices together with the parent company have announced the 2012 year results. Besides that, plans and projects for the future have also been announced at the meeting.

JSC “Scandinavian House” remained true to its major priorities announce in 2012. The company is going to carry on developing new working fields, improving operational effectiveness which helped to increase the profitability. According to 2012 year results, the company share in passive infrastructure equipment sector rose up to 10%, total income reached 1.5 bln. Rubles while net profit exceeded 128 mln. rubles. The pool of clients includes JSC “MTS”. JSC “Vympelcom”, JSC “MegaFon”, Tele 2, JSC “Rostelecom”, Ericson and other players of the telecom market.  

I am quite satisfied with what we did in 2012, says JSC “Scandinavian House” CEO Alexey Kim, we have done what we planned. The company has increased the number of installation projects and performed well in general. There’s a good profit trend. Next year the company is going to improve its results in all fields and to develop radio metering service. The global task is to offer our clients turnkey projects.

New tasks of the company are set according to major telecom market development directions in 2013.

Among the market trends the following are most important:

•  Increase in telecom operators’ demand for network outsourcing;
•  Operators are likely to move to indoor coverage as statistics show that 80% of traffic remains within the building;
• Operators’ growing demand for price decrease for services and equipment;
• Operators decrease their capital expenditure.
